VarsityPlaza, doing business as OW Survey Offline App, ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to respecting the privacy of the users of OW Survey Offline App ("Website") or our online surveys, including eligibility surveys("Surveys") (the Website and Surveys together, the "Service"). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to help you understand what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use such information and when and with whom we may share it.
This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the device used to access the Services (e.g., personal computer, mobile device, consumer electronics device) and to your use of both the public portions of our Service and portions that require login. Before you submit any information through the Service, please review this Privacy Policy. By using any part of the Service, including by becoming a panelist or to taking our online surveys, you agreed to the collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of information as described in this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You should check this page for updates. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the updated Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly to Us
We may collect information from you during your use of or access to the Service, including when you:
- register an account
- participate in a survey
- contact us via email or mail;
- submit an online form; or
- download or use our mobile application;
The information you provide directly to us may include, but is not limited to name, email address, username, password, survey response information, mailing address and telephone number (optional). We may also collect and maintain Social Security Numbers as required only for tax reporting purposes for any user whose points and rewards exceed $600 per year.
Survey responses and other submissions. If you participate in surveys on the Service, or apply to participate in such surveys, we may request certain information from you. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether to disclose this information through your voluntary participation. The requested information that you may provide to us typically includes background/demographic information such as zip code, age, consumer habits or information about hobbies, interests, employment status and product ownership ("background/demographic information") and survey responses to questions and issues of interest to us and our clients ("response information"). We also collect any information you provide when you complete and submit an online form or contact us by email or mail.
Information that is Automatically Collected
Device and Usage Information
When you use our Service, we may automatically collect and analyze certain information about the computer or devices you use to access the Service and your activity on the Service, including your IP address; geolocation information; unique device identifiers; the URLs you visited; date, time, and time spent on pages visited on the Service; information about your browser and platform (e.g., browser types, operating system); (some of this information is referred to as "Log File Information"); account activity (e.g., number of log-ins); and data displayed or clicked on (e.g. user interface elements, links).

However, if you choose to disable cookies, your survey responses will not be tracked and you will not receive related points or rewards, and your experience with the Service otherwise may be significantly diminished. We may offer you the opportunity to participate in surveys for which a client requires additional cookies or other identification technologies for those particular surveys, in which case those will be used to collect [similar information].
How We Use Your Information
We may use your information for the following purposes:
- to maintain your account;
- to market and provide the Service to you;
- to email invitations or text/SMS alerts to you to participate in surveys;
- to determine your eligibility for and match you to surveys;
- to interpret our survey findings;
- to deliver points and rewards to you;
- to provide background/demographic information and response information to our clients in aggregate/de-identified form;
- to send you information about your relationship or transactions with us;
- to notify you about new features or offerings of the Service;
- to process and respond to your inquiries;
- to improve our offerings and to create new offerings;
- to enforce the legal terms that govern your use of the Service; and
- to administer and troubleshoot the Service.
We may aggregate and/or de-identify information collected through the Service so that the information does not individually identify a specific user. We may use de-identified or aggregate data for any purpose, including to provide interest profiles or demographic sets to our clients or to provide survey response information to our clients and for research and marketing purposes. We may share such data with any third parties.
We may send emails to you following your registration to invite you to participate or alert you about our surveys, to deliver points and rewards to you, or to send newsletters, updates, and other service or administrative notices. You may opt out at any time as described below under "Opting Out.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to you with non-affiliated third parties based on your consent. Such consent includes: (a) to provide the Service; (b) to provide other services that you have requested; (c) when you have provided permission, or (d) as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose information that specifically identifies you with third parties without your consent.
We disclose background/demographic information and response information in aggregate and/or de-identified form with our clients for their use for bona fide market research. In these situations, we do not disclose to these entities information that personally identifies you.
We may provide access to your information to third parties who perform services on our behalf and for other legitimate business purposes. These parties provide a variety of services to us including, but not limited to, payment processing, data storage, research, analysis, and legal services.
We may also disclose your information in order to: (a) comply with any law, regulation or order, such as subpoena, court order or search warrant; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, including investigations and defense of third-party claims; (c) otherwise ensure compliance with our agreements, Terms of Use and policies; and/or (d) protect the rights, property and personal safety of our users, staff or the public.
We reserve the right, in the event all or any relevant portion of our stock, business or assets is transferred to, acquired by or merged with any third party, to disclose, transfer, or assign as part of such transaction any or all of the information we have collected.
Updating Your Account
You may change your account or its settings by editing your personal profile on the Service. Such changes generally take immediate effect. However, we may retain any information to the extent required by law or otherwise in connection with the permitted information disclosure described above.
Opting Out
We use several tools to help us understand how users interact with the Service. These tools provide us aggregate usage and traffic information including how the Service was accessed, how long visitors stayed, and the number of first-time visitors to the Service. As of the date of this Privacy Policy, we use Google Analytics, Hitslink and Safecount. You may terminate your membership with us by clicking the unsubscribe link at the footer of any page of our Service when you login or at the footer of emails that we send or through this link. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours for the unsubscribe request to be processed. Parents or legal guardians of any member who is under the age of eighteen (18) similarly may request termination of their child's account. We will retain all information collected prior to termination in our databases up to 60 days.

The Service and its content may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites, services or resources, and you should consult the privacy statements of such other sites, services, and resources. For example, while you are interacting with one of our clients’ websites or services, their privacy policies govern the collection of your information. We are not responsible for how our clients use the information they gather from you while you are on our clients' websites or services.
Data Security
Our Service has security measures in place to help prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, or alteration to you or to any third party.
We remind you to keep your username and password private. We do not request passwords in unsolicited emails or telephone calls. We suggest you log out of your account and close your browser window after completing a survey or other activity on the Service.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy, including to reflect changes to our data collection and use practices, at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Website to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing to use the Service following the posting of such amendments. If you do not agree with any of such changes, you may immediately cease all access and use of the Service. You agree that such termination will be your exclusive remedy in such an event.
Request removal of data
You may request the removal of your data directly by contacting our support at support_owsurvey@offerwise.com. Within 48 hours, we will remove all your data and provide you with an email confirmation.
International Users—Consent to Transfer to United States
The Website is hosted, and the Service is provided in the United States of America and the Service is governed by United States law. If you are a resident of the European Union or other location outside the United States or are accessing the Service from outside of the United States, please be advised that through your use of the Service the information you provide will be transferred to the United States of America and you consent to that transfer. The laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure of the United States may differ from the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not represent or warrant that the Service, or any part thereof, is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the Service do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. We may limit the availability of the Service in whole or in part to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.

Miscellaneous
The Website and Service are not intended nor designed to appeal to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, request, or receive any information from children under the age of 13.
